National Salad Month

Yesterday we celebrated our 2nd annual National Salad Month: Vegan Edition.

With a tasty fruit salad of strawberries and bananas, green salad with ranch, a southwestern three bean salad, spinach salad with a raspberry vinaigrette topped with tofu, , and the most amazing vegan potato salad ever; we were happy diners!

Such a tasty dinner with good friends.
